Pathogenetic Role of Disorders of Insulin Signaling Pathways and Diabetes-Associated Hyperglycemia in the Mechanisms of Diabetic Encephalopathy Formation and Hypersensitivity of the Brain to Ischemia-Reperfusion

The aim of the study was to analyze literature data regarding pathogenetic role insulin signaling disorders and diabetes-associated hyperglycemia in mechanisms diabetic encephalopathy hypersensitivity brain ischemia-reperfusion.
 Conclusion. Analysis shows a number common links between pathogenesis ischemic-reperfusion injury, which may, some extent, explain predisposition diabetics acute cerebral circulatory their adverse course. However, it is clear that severity such comorbid pathology cannot be explained only by additive effect individual pathogenesis, indicates necessity for further in-depth its molecular-genetic aspects.
